Features

A full tour of what AlphaOS can do: deep church management, team rotas, gatherings and worship, a public site with QR, and an AI studio that equips the minister. The first 14 days are free, no card.

Church management

People & families

A full profile for each person — from contacts to ministry history — and a complete picture of households.

  • Custom fields for your structure, beyond the standard set.
  • Tags and saved segments for instant filtering.
  • Photos, membership stages with change history and an activity timeline.
  • Import from CSV/XLSX with column mapping; download the list as CSV.
  • Duplicate detection and safe profile merging.
  • Birthdays and ages computed automatically.
  • Families: households with relationships (husband/wife/children), including non-member relatives.

Groups & ministries

Small groups and ministries — separate modules built with real depth.

  • Small groups: rosters, member roles, exclusivity (one group per person).
  • Meeting attendance with analytics; absences are stored separately from “not marked”.
  • Topic, notes and visitor count for every meeting.
  • Ministries: multiple teams, leaders and their rosters.
  • Each team’s kind is set explicitly — worship, tech, kids, preaching.
  • Schedules flow into the shared events calendar.

Team rotas & the volunteer portal

Who serves on which dates — one table per quarter across every team, with an auto-planner.

  • The auto-planner drafts the rota and explains every single assignment.
  • It respects blockouts (including annual ones, like every July), pauses, a monthly cap and weekday masks.
  • It balances load and skill level, and shows which slots it could not fill.
  • Nothing is saved until you accept the draft; already-accepted invitations are left alone by default.
  • “My serving”: a personal password-free link — the volunteer accepts, declines and files their own blockouts.
  • Per-person serving stats — who is burning out and who has not served in months.

Kids ministry

Classes, lessons and attendance — a module of its own, not “a group with children in it”.

  • Age-banded classes with rooms.
  • A warning when the teacher-to-child ratio goes out of range.
  • Class rosters: a child belongs to exactly one class.
  • Lessons with a topic and a passage reference (e.g. “Luke 10:25–37”).
  • Attendance where an absence is distinct from “not marked”.
  • Substitute teachers are recorded separately from the regular team.
  • A whole-ministry planner — every class of one gathering on a single screen.

Service plans & worship

What actually happens inside a gathering — and what the band plays in it.

  • Service plan: order, roles, timing, and a history of past gatherings.
  • Reusable templates — Sunday, youth, prayer — so you never rebuild from scratch.
  • Worship blocks: say how many songs you need now, fill them in later.
  • A catalogue of 40,000+ songs with chords; search by title and language.
  • Transpose to a voice, capo, Nashville numbers, German/English notation.
  • One chart-pack PDF for the whole band — every song already in its key.
  • A share link with the plan: opens without an account, each person picks their own key.

Finance

Full church finance — with multi-currency, campaigns and reports.

  • Accounts in multiple currencies; configurable base (reporting) currency that re-bases history.
  • Income/expense, categories and FX rates.
  • Budgets by category with progress tracking.
  • Fundraising campaigns with progress, dates and donors.
  • Transfers between funds.
  • Donor statements and PDF reports.
  • Google Sheets import; receipts attached to transactions.
  • Finance access limited to the appropriate role.

Events, tasks & media plan

A calendar, public registrations, a task board and the media team’s content plan.

  • A month calendar of all church events.
  • Events with registration and public RSVP right from the site.
  • Registrations with guests, statuses and a CSV download.
  • Tasks: a kanban board that auto-archives finished work after a week.
  • Media plan: post, story, reel or announcement — by channel, with an owner and a status.

Roles, access & security

Flexible role-based access, a full activity log and solid data isolation.

  • Built-in roles plus custom roles with fine-grained permissions.
  • Sections and actions available according to role.
  • Finance is a separate access axis: none / totals / aggregate / full.
  • “View as role” to check the console through another’s eyes.
  • A full log of team actions — transparent and safe.
  • Data isolated per church: the church id comes from the token, never from the request.

Public site & QR

Public website

A ready church site that fills from the same data as the console.

  • Sections: hero, about, ministries, values, schedule, events, giving, contacts.
  • Multiple styles; accent color, logo and tagline.
  • AI styling (Pro): copy, logo and hero photos.
  • Your own subdomain or your own church domain, verified by a TXT record.
  • The site can be shown in Ukrainian, English, Polish, Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Console changes appear on the site instantly.

QR hub & Linktree

One QR code for everything — print it once, it stays current.

  • A single QR leads to the site, schedule, events, giving, socials and the form.
  • A Linktree page (/links) with your own buttons and links.
  • Change where the code points from the console — the printed QR still works.

Join form & prayer

A membership-form builder and prayer requests from your community.

  • Custom fields, order and required flags — tailored to your church.
  • A public form on the site; applications land in People automatically.
  • Prayer requests with statuses and an archive.

AI Studio · Pro

Site generator

AI drafts the site in the voice and context of your specific church.

  • Copy for the hero, about, values and ministries.
  • A fitting style is selected for you.
  • You polish the draft in minutes — control stays with you.

Content, presentations & images

Fast content drafts, slides from your text and on-brand images.

  • Content: posts, announcements, YouTube descriptions and invitations — with a generation history.
  • Presentations: slides from YOUR text — plain-text edits, PPTX/PDF export, photos on slides, full-screen projection.
  • Images: logo, site hero photos and illustrations — generate from scratch or adapt your own; 100 generations a month on Pro.

Bible study

Equips the preacher to study — it gives raw material, it does not write the sermon.

  • Text from a real translation (bolls.life) — 7 Ukrainian translations.
  • Exegesis: context, genre and the text’s own movements.
  • Original languages (Hebrew/Greek) and cross-references with the reason for each link.
  • A step-by-step chat — one thought at a time, with questions to ponder.
  • Side-by-side translation comparison + AI explanation of the differences.
  • A study digest → a presentation in one click.
